We want to thank you for building our beautiful new home. From day one, when we thought our property was not even buildable, you worked with us every step of the way. From the city, to the county, to all of the experts you brought in, you ensured that everything went smoothly and that we got what we wanted.

Your architect was insightful and creative, you employed hard working, friendly subcontractors, the vendors were both helpful and reasonably priced. That said, what we appreciated most was the fact that one or the other of you (and many days both), were on the property to work, to manage, and to help us through the process when we had requests or questions. Even after our home was complete, you helped us with everything from landscaping to our riding stable.

When friends have asked us how our building experience went, we told them that it was a pleasure – that we actually had fun! The sole reason behind that was the fact that we built with Gestach Paulson. We have often commented that, had we chosen another builder, we would never have had the trust, the professionalism, the quality and craftsmanship, or the level of honesty that we received from you. That is the difference between building with carpenters who can control the finished product, rather than a builder who is there in name only.
If you ever need references, would like to bring clients through our house, or would like to have people speak with us, we would be more than pleased to do that.

I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Dave Gestach and Lee Paulson for almost 25 years. As a building material supplier, I have seen many builders come and go over the years. that worked on our brand new kitchen! We built our house through a reputable
builder and as you go along and live in your house, which we have done for
seventeen years, you need to redo and up-date. This is a very scary thing to
